What the warranty covers
Our free assistance service covers all possible hardware or software damage/defects, but does not cover accidental hardware damage from drops or liquid intrusion (each product has an internal thermoregulatory seal that is activated if liquids are introduced into the device).
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal, under the "satisfied or refunded" formula, is guaranteed completely free of charge if the device does not match the descriptions provided on our e-commerce, or if it shows malfunctions of any kind.
Withdrawal can also be applied for second thoughts or purchase errors; however, the refund will be net of non-recoverable costs.
Consumable goods
For products with integrated battery and/or included accessories (charger, USB cable, headphones), being consumable goods subject to daily wear dependent on user usage, the warranty on them is always limited to the first 30 days from the invoice/receipt date.
Device coverage verification
To verify that an item is still covered by our warranty, you can contact our customer service via phone, email, live chat, or fill out the form in the "support" section. Before doing so, you should:
- Check the purchase date from the receipt or issued invoice
- Make sure it's not a battery or charger issue (covered only for 30 days)
- Verify that our anti-tampering seal is still intact and has not been removed
Important: We do NOT keep track of receipts. Once issued, it is your responsibility to keep it. Without the original fiscal receipt, the warranty cannot be validated.

Every refurbished device sold by our company has a warranty seal, which indicates that the product has been inspected and deemed suitable for sale.
It is essential that it remains ALWAYS intact during the warranty period, otherwise we will be unable to intervene free of charge.
