Returns & Refunds
E-commerce return conditions
Every product purchased on Refurbis.com can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date.
If you decide to return it because it's different from the description or due to functional defects, we will send our courier to your address and return the item to our warehouse. Refund/replacement times will be very short — within 3-4 business days you will receive the correct product or funds credited to your account.
If you wish to return or exchange it for a purchase error, a change of mind, or any other reason not attributable to our negligence, you must ship it back using adequate packaging, and non-recoverable costs will be deducted from the refund (outbound shipping, credit card or PayPal fees, installment payment fees, packaging costs, and any shipping insurance costs).
Note: Part of the actual outbound shipping costs are included in the device price. In case of return due to our negligence, the full amount will be refunded, but for returns due to change of mind, the actual outbound shipping cost will be calculated and cannot be refunded.

In-store return conditions
For purchases at Refurbis® physical stores, different legal return conditions apply.
It is possible, only in case of malfunctions, to return a product purchased within 7 days of purchase in exchange for a voucher of equal value for replacement with a different product.
Refunds for in-store purchases are not applicable under any circumstances.
Legal information on withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last good.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract due to our negligence, we will reimburse all payments you made, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. You are requested to return the goods without undue delay and in any case within 5 days from the date you communicated your withdrawal.
